The Jazz House is an artsy stylish 1BR apartment maintained to high standards spread over a spacious lounge, an airy bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen in a private secure recently renovated building overlooking the park. It is located in the very heart of La Marsa, one of Tunis finest and most authentic neighbourhoods. It would perfectly suit a couple or business visitors, the flat accommodates up to 3 people.

It has a lot of character and the living area creates a relaxed, sociable feel. It has a very comfortable sofa and a 55'' smart TV, so you can relax at the end of a long day. You will feel at home and inspired rather than confined in a corporate setting – it is your home away from home in Tunis, however long your stay may be.
The modern luxury kitchen comes fully kitted out with all the pots, pans, crockery and glassware you could need, please feel free to make full use of everything. You will also find a coffee machine and a kettle waiting for you when you arrive to give you a kick start to your Tunis experience.
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and you'll arrive to freshly laundered sheets and pillows. Fresh clean towels and an amenity kit will be supplied.
If there is a third person staying, there is a comfortable large sofa, duvet and sheets also available. There is central heating and central air conditioning.
Here for work? No problem. The dining table regularly doubles up as a working desk and the flat has fast wireless unlimited broadband internet.

Wonderful! The Jazz house is directly facing the park in a gorgeous highly walkable area nested in the heart of La Marsa.
It's peaceful whilst being round the corner from numerous art galleries, shops, Mall, restaurants, bars, lounges, fresh bakeries, coffee shops and cash ATMs.
There are two cafés pâtisserie (PAUL and Eric Kayser) located 2 minutes walk on the same street if you would like to savour some delicate pastries, pretty cupcakes or showstopper desserts.
There is a Monoprix supermarket for grocery and beverages within 8 minutes’ walk.
If you decide to go out to eat, you will find yourself spoilt for choice from the wide range of restaurants close by from Tunis’ best burger or Pizza to the finest Tunisian, Japanese or Italian cuisine in Town. Everything is within walking distance. Just slip down the main street where you will find the village atmosphere of La Marsa still alive and well. I’ll makes sure you have perfect recommendations as to what to do, where to eat and much more.
