Spacious & traditionally styled boutique cottage located on a secluded cliff overlooking the sea. The attraction is a small, quite and secluded seasonal beach beneath the cliff. Styled with antique bed, chairs modern bathroom and standing kitchen .

A boutique cottage, by the Arabian sea, with the seasonal Odayam beach, atop the secluded north cliff of Varkala surrounded by green lush coconut palms. The main attraction is a clean & secluded seasonal beach down the cliff. Royal luxury cottage has veranda with cane easy chairs, spacious bedroom with traditional antique king size bed, antique divan bed, nice clean & dry modern bathroom with European toilet & a standing kitchen. The kitchen has refrigerator, kettle, toaster & cutlery.

The cottage by the Arabian Sea is very spacious and is one of biggest in the area can accommodate couples and small and big families with small kids.

Our guests feel rejuvenated living in the calm and peaceful surrounding nature. Seasonal juice or tender fresh coconut water shall be served as welcome drink. Pure air, clean beach & green lush surrounding makes it comfortable for practicing Yoga & meditation. Our guests will be served local dishes to get the real taste of local food. The South Indian, Keralan or English breakfast are served for Rs.150-/- per guest. Other meals for lunch and dinner shall be served against order. There is an open sky-shower for the guests. Guests shall play tennis-ball cricket facing the sea.

The cottage is located in a family owned land spread in 5 Acres of Coconut Palms away from the crowded main cliff. Free pickup & drop from the Varkala Train Station or town. Cab service on call,
Auto- rickshaw on call, sight seeing, boat ride, Forex and all the other kinds travel & tour services shall be provided.

Royal Luxury cottage is located on the cliff of Manthara at Odayam beach. The neighbourhood is calm, quite and very peaceful. The villagers are friendly & harmonious. There are a few fishermen engaged in traditional fishing activities. The beaches are nice, secluded & clean. The nature is very beautiful.

Being bored by the routine technical work I thought differently. Because I am so passionate about Tourism and my grandparents passed away leaving behind the legacy, a beautiful 5 acres coconut farm land located on a beautiful cliff overlooking the Arabian sea, 2 luxury cottages were built. I am interested in meeting different people and sharing culture, food and knowledge. I treat my guests with the passion and provide them great quality services and delicious local food from my grandmother' kitchen.
