Our ladies/married couple only private suite comes with a medicated king sized bed, a two seater sofa, a desk, a kitchenette (which includes kettle, microwave, 2-doors fridge) and a private bathroom

Basic amenities are provided (bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, sugar & snacks)

Free parking and WIFI

Our building is located in the heart of Al Jimi. Supermarkets, shops & hospitals are only 2-3 minutes away.

Our private suite is suitable for MARRIED COUPLES or LADIES who are visiting Al Ain either for leisure or business.

Our private suite can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 small child.

Prepare a quick salad/sandwich or heat up your frozen food at our private suite’s kitchenette for a wholesome breakfast/lunch/dinner. Our private suite’s kitchenette is furnished with a two door fridge, a microwave and a water boiler for the convenience of our guests. We also provide complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar and some snacks.

Sharing the living space with us is our lovely, human-friendly, longhaired tabby cat named Olivia and her Persian sidekick Polka. They are spayed, vaccinated and human toilet trained! It is imperative for our guests to be cat-friendly and not allergic to cats.

Our apartment building is located in the heart of Al Jimi.

We are located in a neighborhood surrounded by other apartment buildings and schools. The neighborhood mosque, Baqala and Al Ain Coop are 2 blocks away.

Other shops and malls are approximately 3 minutes away (by car/bicycle/scooter). Our neighborhood is relatively quiet and very peaceful. Local cat sightings are possible.

We are a medical researcher and a licensed real estate agent living with our lovely rescued semi long-haired mackerel tabby cat named Olivia and her Persian sidekick Polka in Al Ain.

Aside from traveling we love to cook and feed stray cats.

Olivia was born on August 9th 2015 (our rough estimate). She was rescued while wandering alone in Towayya neighborhood on December 9th 2015. She is spayed, microchipped, 100% indoor and vaccinated. Unlike typical cats, Olivia has been trained to use human toilet, understands basic commands and has since learned to play fetch.

During her free time she enjoys looking out the windows, bird watching, gardening, meeting new cats & people, sleeping and traveling all and around U.A.E. She travels regularly to Abu Dhabi & Dubai and hopes to travel to other emirates and countries soon.

A seasoned “Superhost”, Olivia has been in the tourism and hospitality industry since 2017 and has hosted arrays of guests in the past including cats.
