This cozy serene cabin is nestled in the trees of Mt Lemmon near the small town of Summerhaven. The stream running next to it can be heard while relaxing on the deck. Pets are allowed here. This home has 2 small bedrooms. Both have bunk beds in the room. (Double on bottom, single bed on top bunk) . There is also two Murphy Beds in the Great Room. There is one small bathroom with steam shower. There is a wrap around deck with BBQ and Patio set! You can park off road in the driveway!

Pets allowed but No Smoking Inside the home. No food or drinks in the bedrooms, please.
DIRECTIONS:
Take Catalina Hwy all the way up the Catalina Hwy almost to the top. Before you enter the town of Summerhaven you will see a turn off for Loma Linda. Take a LEFT and stay to your left. You will now be on Middle Sabino. Follow this winding all the way around until you come to Tucson Ave. Take a Right. This cabin is on the Left right as you enter Tucson Ave. It has a green aluminum roof. Feel free to park in the driveway.

When you leave, please:
1. Take all your garbage down with you. (No pick up on mtn)
2. Please leave the beds you used unmade so cleaners know which to wash!
3. Put all towels used on floor by front door.
4. Put any furniture or items moved during your stay back where they were.
5. The stove and all counters and small appliances need to be cleaned and same as they were when you arrived.
6. All dishes need to be washed and put away. (Including from the dishwasher)
7. Take all left over food from refrigerator and freezer.
8. Shut all lights and doors. Shut heat off.
9. Fireplace should be OFF.
10.Drive Safe and COME again!
NOTE: Leaving the doors open will bring unwanted guests into the home!!!
The sani fee is for the sanitization of the bathrooms, changing linens, cleaning of floors and windows only. THE HOME MUST BE LEFT CLEAN!
