The house you will be staying is set at the base of Cabo's notorious Pedregal mountain. Cabos 2 main beaches are 15 min walk and 20 min.

The space is a double bedroom with private en suite bathroom shower. Your entrance has large French doors which open up to a picturesque view of the mountains and skyline.
The room as does the house has a rustic natural feeling with a rock wall and thatch décor in the bathroom. The bathroom has chrome faucets and white tiles.
Bathroom
The bathroom contains large mirror, grooming mirror with good sized basin. Installed is a Safe to store your higher value items . There is a large wardrobe space to hang your cloths and store your belongings.
The desk is actually one of the oak doors that came off my father boat when he first sailed to Cabo over years ago. The room also contains 2 comfortable singles beds , comfy, pillows , sheets, duvet, mattress, reading lamp, mini fridge freezer to store those cold drinks. There is a coffees maker and strong Wi-Fi connection. Beds can be pushed together on request to make a California Kings for couples.
Hot Water.
This room has had a new boiler so you will have 24 hour hot water with great water pressure. We provide towels for the rooms with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. We provide parking for all of guests when you book a room.
Air conditioning
As most guest do not require air conditioning so we do not include in the price. This keep costs down for guests visiting who do not require Air-conditioning
The room does have a brand new air conditioner. Because guest do not always require you require there is a additional cost of $10 per night.
Security

The house is located in the safest part of Cabo center. You can walk around all day and all night with out any issues. We also have security camera installed around the the property. We look after our guests and allow guest to call us day or night to help make there stay as conformable as possible :
For the safety and security of all of our guests We only allow paying guests on the property NO visitors for any reason for any length of time .

Guest from Mexico City
While we accept all guest we have found that Guest from Mexico city have not been happy with there stay at our home. I believe this is due to the fact we do not have the modern amenities or service that Mexico city residence are accustomed to. Cabo is the most expensive city in Mexico. Even though we offer some of the lowest prices in Cabo residence in Mexico city can get much more in there home city compared to cabo. The home is a old rustic style villa, We highly suggest Mexico city residence do not book with us. We do not want to let you down.
Guests 60+
This home is not suitable for guest 60 and over. This is due to fact we have many stairs which always effects guest in and around this age. We do not provide the comforts that guest in and around 60 require to achieve 5 star comfort. If you are in and around this age please consider another Airbnb as you will not have a perfect stay
Noise
Cabo is now open after Covit. We are located in the center of Cabo. Cabo can be loud on the weekends . There are no noise restrictions in the center of Cabo. While we sleep well most days do not be surprised if you experience nose during your stay
Stairs
Please note there are stairs to get to the room and the home is located on a incline . Most guest do not have a issue but some guest who are not accustomed to stairs ,disabled or over 60 should not book.

Hottest time of year & Hurricane season .
August & September’s is our Hurricane season and our hottest time of year . We Notice that that we receive lower reviews during this time because of the heat humidity and the stairs . We lower our prices during this time of year to help guests which any summer time issues.
Construction.
Cabo is under construction. Everywhere including the 5 star resorts has some type of construction taking place. We are in the middle of a boom . There is a construction being finished next to our home. There may be noise during at 8am - 5pm . If you plan to go out and experience Cabo then you will not a have a issue . We have dropped our prices to compensate guest during this time.
