My place is within walking distance to Yale, East Rock Park, Orange Street markets/restaurants/coffee shops, and is 1.7 miles from downtown, accessible by Yale Shuttle or City M Bus, both half a block away. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, walkable, family-oriented neighborhood.
One new, comfy queen bed to accommodate one or two guests. Two guests is the maximum.
- CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 pm until whenever;
- CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00 am, flexible only upon request

One tidy room with a queen bed for 1 guest (or 2 for short-term stays, post-covid crisis) on the renovated 3rd fl of a charming Victorian home. It is one of three private rooms rented on the 3rd floor, separate from our family's living space. We have young kids who sleep soundly through the night.

Share bathroom/mini fridge/microwave with any other 3rd floor guests. No Cooking.

We are bicyclists, bike commuters, and outdoor enthusiasts who love exploring cities big and small and having great adventures! We also love gardening, reading, music, museums, history, and meeting new people.

Our home is on the floor beneath the Airbnb space, though we share the front entrance. The Airbnb space is completely separate from our family's space, so guests will have all the privacy they need! But since we're so close, guests also have us readily available for any of their needs that might arise.
