The Eurobodalla Coast is famous for its temperate climate and intimate cove-beaches, heavily wooded right down to the ocean. These coves differentiate us from the broad beaches of the NSW North Coast, and even the Illawarra & Shoalhaven. Wonderful publicly-owned coastal walks almost anywhere you choose.
Sunshine Cove is the closest of these intimate coves to the north or south of the Batemans Bay CBD..... so private yet so convenient.
The beach is a 180 degree arc, giving sun-soaked sand any time of day, summer & winter.
Batemans Bay daytime max temperatures are identical to Sydney all year round, but cooler winter nights. We have way more winter sun than Sydney, with a lot less winter rain-days.
You are in the heart of the Batemans Bay Marine Park, together with the many National Parks and State Forests of the Eurobodalla.

At my place, the 3 night minimum is essential to allow the location to untangle your busy life. Most guests stay longer. The ocean, the bush, the sounds, together with unexpected extra touches add up to an experience which only my guests can describe, so read a few reviews before you commit.

I will not be available in person during your stay. I am in residence every 3 weeks to ensure the home is prepared for your visit.

Feel free to call or text me from 7 am to midnight if you have any questions or problems, and 24/7 if you have any emergency. I have a local person on 24hr call if needed.

I offer earlier check-in and/or later check-out whenever possible. You will be advised by text a few days before arrival.
