This large area is designed for complete privacy and includes living, dining, kitchenette, separate bedroom with superb views of bay, bathroom with large rainshower and double vanities and WIR. Large private deck to enjoy glorious views of bay with shade sail in summer, BBQ and seating. Lots of little luxuries to make your stay more enjoyable.

Very peaceful neighbourhood in bushland setting close to beach. Lovely place to relax and enjoy the glorious bay views. 5 min drive to beach or if you like an adventure there is a lovely little swimming spot at the end of the street which us locals keep to ourselves. Steep bushy track leads to rocky area ideal for cool dip or snorkelling.

After 20 years of living on the Mornington Peninsula I love the relaxed lifestyle and all it has to offer.

I share my home with my two young adult sons.
I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world and enjoy sharing it with others so they too can experience the ambience of Ian Cove.
As a host I can be as helpful as you need me to be. Im just as happy to leave you to yourselves so you can enjoy the privacy and relaxed atmosphere that Ian Cove is designed to offer.

The key safe allows guests to check themselves in and enjoy total privacy.
Although not always onsite I am happy to interact should you wish otherwise I like to leave guests to enjoy their private space. Always available via text should you have any queries.
There may be a little noise from downstairs from time to time but we are very respectful of guests so would be very minimal.
I do have a very old 3 legged dog called Hamish who you may hear hopping around from time to time tho hes very deaf so he wont hear you.
