PLEASE READ BELOW - The stylish and comfortable apartment Santana Rossio is very centrally located only a stone throw away from famous Rossio square, the very downtown centre of Lisbon. From the balcony, in the living room, you will have an enchanting view over Lisbon. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard including a comfortable bed, washing machine and dishwasher. Local tourist attractions, grocery shops and top Lisbon restaurants are only a short walk away.

The stylish and comfortable apartment Santana Rossio is very centrally located only a stone throw away from the famous Rossio square, the very downtown centre of Lisbon. From the balcony at the living room you will have an enchanting view on Lisbon's unique beauty. The Rossio square, as well as the main shopping areas Baixa / Chiado and Avenida da liberdade are just 5 minutes away on foot. From Rossio you will have access to the entire transportation network (Metro Station, many bus stops for any part of the city, train station to Sintra, taxi station) The bustling Bairro Alto district and the typical Alfama district are easily reachable by foot. In the neigborhood you can find plenty of local restaurants and cafés, old portuguese grocery stores. The completely renovated apartment is situated on a 3rd floor in a restored 18th century old town house. The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living and dining-room, a bathroom with a bathtub and a totally equipped kitchen. Electric heating system, fan.

We have great pleasure in hosting on our homes. We like to make sure everything is perfect for your holiday and that you feel at home. I like to make your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Alex is married and has 3 children. As Alex loves cooking you will find all you need in the Kitchen. But holidays are holidays, and we enjoy relaxing with the kids and avoid most of the house chores.

Pedro has travelled the world and now has settled back in Portugal. A keen kitesurfer and enjoys outdoors.

We hope that you choose to spend your holiday here. No doubt that you will have a great time.

Our Covid19 Aware Statement

As we all try to deal with the new reality of living with Covid 19 the following procedures and guidelines will be adopted in the apartment.

We have sought advice from World Leading company Ecolab regarding best practices and are using their products and cleaning guidelines to ensure total hygiene.

We have enhanced all cleaning procedures to make sure areas that are touched often are always disinfected, ie.: Door handles, Light Switches, Remote Controls etc.

Disinfecting hand gel is available in the apartment.

Disinfecting spray liquid is available should you wish to disinfect surfaces yourself.

Paper towels are available in the apartment.

Disposable gloves are available in the apartament.

All bath and face towels and linens are washed in our own industrial laundry to ensure that the correct procedures are followed. Disinfectant is used on ALL washes.

Towels will be left in the apartment packed as they come out of the laundry. We will not place them in towel rails or display, in order to minimize handling.

Beds will always be made unless you request for bed linens to be also left packed so you can make the beds yourself should you wish to minimise handling.

Bed coverings, cushions and other decorative items will be removed from the apartment as they cannot be washed every time. Cotton Spreads will be placed on the sofa to cover and beds and will be replaced during cleaning.

Kitchen basics such as Salt and Pepper, Sugar, Tea & Coffee will made available in individual items.

Soap and shampoo dispensers will be washed and disinfected and replaced each time the apartment is cleaned.

For check in you will be met outside (unless it’s self check in). Masks and Visors will be worn by us and we kindly ask you to keep distance and do not shake hands etc. We will not enter the apartment. Please note that we will not be able to help you with your luggage or any of your items. If you have any questions about anything in the apartment please check the manual available at the apartment or please make a video call to us so we can help and guide you.

Before checkout we kindly ask you to remove and fold all bed linens and leave them on the floor of the bedroom.

All towels to be left folded on the bathroom floor.

All food items to be disposed of.

All Rubbish to be disposed of or left wrapped in a double bag.

All dishes to be left washed.

I won’t be available in person. A list of emergency numbers is available in the flat and the person who will be present at check in is reachable throughout the stay to do the best to solve any problem arising during the stay.
