Welcome to my apartment!
I travel quite a lot and I know what I want in an Airbnb apartment: to feel at home, not in a soulless space like a hotel chain room. A place where, if I have to stay at home (to work, because it rains, etc.), I feel comfortable. A home away from home. :)

My priorities are always the same: best location in the city, cleanliness, reliable Wi-Fi, lots of natural light, quiet space so that I can rest well.
And that, among many other things, is what I offer to my guests :)

DON’T HESITATE TO ASK ME ANYTHING YOU WANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING. FOR ME IT IS A PLEASURE TO CLEAR UP YOUR DOUBTS

Here’s a little description of you will find in the apartment (your home):

I renovated the apartment to open up the space and make it even brighter and more spacious as you can see in the photos. There's incredible and beautiful natural light all day.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room-kitchen-dining room, 8m2 terrace and a laundry room. Marble floors, marble bathrooms, private garage parking space included in the price, air conditioning/heating, reliable WIFI, NETFLIX.
The building has a small garden, a swimming pool just for residents/guests open in July and August, a supermarket, numerous cafés-restaurants, and some shops.

The KITCHEN has a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, mixer, etc. And everything you need to cook.

The LIVING ROOM has a smartTV for your Netflix, HBO, etc, Astra and Hotbird satellite TV (hundreds of channels). Blueray DVD soundsystem, DVDs, table games, art books, travel guides and A/C-heating.

There are 2 BEDROOMS. Both with closets and drawers for your clothes and shoes, electric blinds for total darkness, A/C-heating, and ceiling fans.
In addition, the master bedroom has a complete bathroom en suite, a magnificent terrace and a 1.50x2.00 bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds placed together and a small library.

All mattresses are new and "memory foam".
If your group is 5 people, we will prepare the big comfortable sofa in the living room.

There are 2 complete BATHROOMS, with floors and walls in precious
Atlas marble. One has a bathtub and bidet while the other has a shower. Both have a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, gel, etc.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

And here’s my brief story with the apartment:
After years and years of visiting Tangier, totally in love with the city, I decided to buy this apartment (building construction: 2013) for 2 main reasons: the first, the location in the heart of Tangier, one step away from everything. The second, the incredible views of the sea from all the rooms (to the port, the Bay of Tangier, the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the coast of Spain and the Medina).
I liked the Medina, but I like to visit it during the day. The houses there are typically old and less comfortable, and many times quite cramped and dark. The Medina is a little too busy, too hilly and a little too dark at night for my liking. I prefer to be a few minutes walk from the Medina (8 minutes), but in the center of the city, where I have numerous restaurants (international and traditional), bars, cafes, live music venues, shops, supermarkets, movie theaters, galleries, etc. Lots of life until late at night.
I wanted to feel like a local, not a tourist.

You are in the absolute HEART of the city. It doesn't get better (really).
The neighborhood is excellent and totally safe. Here you'll find most of the restaurants (cheap, moderate and expensive, international and traditional), bars, live music venues, night clubs, stores, galleries, boulangeries, pizza places, cafés, ATMs, banks, money exchange offices, main post office, movie theaters, etc.
Very lively area (BUT SUPER QUIET APARTMENT).

WALKING distance:
Medina: 8 minutes
Beach/ Marina: 10 minutes
Kasbah Museum: 12 min
Fish market (amazing): 5 min
Souk (Central traditional market): 6 min
Cafe de Paris (a classic): 5 min
Hotel Minzah: 6 min
Tons of cafés and restaurants: 1 minutes away. ;)

The area is very safe all day and night.
24/7 security in the building and the parking.

There is an big supermarket (ACIMA) on floor -1 of the building, it is open every day of the week apart from a couple holidays. This is amazingly convenient. It's like having an extra refrigerator downstairs!!!

When I travel, I value 2 aspects above all: LOCATION and CLEANLINESS.
So my apartments are in the absolute HEART OF THE CITY and I keep them impeccably clean. I hire professional cleaning service to offer a hotel level of cleaning.
I know both cities very well and will give you a huge list of things to do (local tips too!).
