Ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a "tiny home?" Now is your chance. This home has been completely renovated down to the studs. Home features modern furnishings, open floor plan, soaking tub and a side yard.

House features a cozy queen size bed, sofa, seating area, eat in kitchen, and playpen available for little ones when requested.

Kitchen is equipped with dishes, kid friendly dishware, plastic ware for outdoors, serving dishes, plug in skillet, small George Foreman, toaster oven, Keurig and microwave.

Tiny House is appropriate for no more than 2 adults at a time. Adults with children are welcome. Your kids will love the Tiny House!

There are a ton of great things in this neighborhood. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, 24 hour cafe and the Pacific Northwest's best farmer's market.

Restaurants within walking distance: Carina’s Bakery, Ava's Roastaria (24 hour coffee house), Ex Novo (Detroit style pizza and Brewery), Taqueria El Gordo, Bigs Chicken, Decarlis, Du Kuh Bee, La Vida Veggie (amazing vegan place), Dairy Queen, Beaverton Sub Shop, Giovanni's, and the Beaverton Farmers Market (Saturday's 9-3).

The BG Food Cartel is Beaverton’s first food cart pod with over 30 food carts. In addition to the carts, there is a speakeasy bar with indoor/outdoor seating and a rotating tap of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is lots of family style seating, plenty of room for kids to play and live music. There are covered areas, so you can still enjoy it in the rain.

There are several parks with playgrounds within walking distance and great walking trails to enjoy. Schiffler Park is worth the walk. It has a great playground, walking trails, fields, covered areas and a skate park.

Guests receive a code the day of their reservations that give them access to the Tiny House. This allows you to check in anytime day or night.
