Although very close to Princes Road absolutely no traffic noise as placed in the noise shadow. Small shops 5 minutes walk away, supermarket $ 3 for taxi ride. The unit is part of the main building but separated with own entrance, privacy is guaranteed. The unit has a small bar, stereo system and TV. Owner has a huge collection of films which can be utilised. All windows have mosquito screens. Outside sitting area has a roof. Owner has boat and is member of the Royal Suva Yacht Club.

Located in a quiet and affluent neighborhood. Well secured. The room is spacious with your own bathroom. Location is accessible to public transport i.e Bus stop is few meters away from the house. Close to the US Embassy for travellers who are on a short trip for US visa purposes.
