Os recibiré en Donostia-San Sebastián para ir al interior de nuestro territorio donde visitaremos el caserío lagar Igartubeiti (s.XVI). Después, iremos a una de nuestras bodegas de sidra para hacer un pequeño tour en el manzanal y el conjunto de las instalaciones de la sidrería. Acompañaremos esta visita con una degustación de sidra en botella y directamente de los toneles. Tras ello, disfrutaremos del menú tradicional de sidrería.

Visitarás los manzanales, las zonas de elaboración, las bodegas y cómo no, degustarás sidra natural de la casa como lo hacemos los vascos: en botella y directamente del barril mediante el ritual del "Txotx". ¡Txoootx! es la llamada a degustar sidra natural directamente de las cubas mientras disfrutas del menú tradicional de sidrería. Mediante el ritual del "txotx" vas a degustar sidra de diferentes cubas, en las bodegas de nuestras sidrerías, acompañado de un menú tradicional de sidrería. Dispondréis de tiempo libre para degustar el sabroso menú de sidrería.

-Please check "Ama Ur cooking studio". -I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture. -We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. We'll explore the San Sebastian coast and it's amazing cliffs on board my exclusive Yacht called Getari. Get ready to feel the sea, relax, sunbath and swim in my favorite hidden spot. We will leave the harbour and head East by paseo Nuevo and the Kursaal cubes to the virgin cliffs only visible from the sea, it's a beautiful spot, well worth the journey, and it's the perfect place to stop for a swim. We will continue on to Pasajes bay, a stunning natural harbour with a breath taking natural entrance and then make our way back to San Sebastian. Enjoy the Cantabrian sea from the comfort of my exclusive Yacht, 2 solariums, hot showers, a full equipped kitchen with a fridge for your drinks plus myself, a seasoned sailer who will do most of the sailing. This pintxo tour stops at 5 top bars, and will include 6 pintxos, 5 drinks and will finish with a traditional Basque dessert. Pintxo tour is suitable for people with food preferences (no meat, gluten-free, pregnants…). Pintxo bars are in walking distance, most in the charming Old Town of San Sebastian. From our meeting point we will visit the Old Town of San Sebastian where you will learn about Basque traditions and customs. You will visit bars off the normal tourist trail, eating and drinking like locals do. You will get to try and enjoy 6 pintxos (tapas) that I choose for you, 1 sweet pintxo and 5 drinks (wine, beer, cider…). The tour will last 2.5h approximately.

We’ll be having pintxos in some of the most known spots with the locals. We will explore the neighborhood where the locals usually go out for pintxos and drinks. Normally every Pintxo Bar has it’s specialty, a “must”, and I’ve personally selected the specialties from each bar. We will enjoy and appreciate the best of the Basque Country and its unique gastronomy in a few bites. Every bar we’ll be going to has been awarded a prize for that particular pintxo that we will try, so quality is guaranteed!

As we tour the neighborhoods surrounding the picturesque historic district, we will eat the food that has made San Sebastian the culinary capital of the world. We will pass some of the city's main attractions and teach you about the city's history and fascinating Basque culture. You will experience both the traditional pintxo culture and the avant-garde culinary scene. This experience will be an authentic look at Basque gastronomic culture and the important role that it plays in daily life. We will try 6+ spectacular pintxos each paired with a local drink from 3-4 different establishments. We will create a custom pintxo tour for you, based on your personal preferences, and teach you how to identify and order the best pintxos on your own. Come experience San Sebastian's gastronomic scene. Blow your mind with the best food in the world. The tour will last approximately 4.5 hours. Other things to note We will experience the BEST pintxos in San Sebastian! The tour is molded after a Michelin star menu. That said, we will not be visiting a Michelin star restaurant because they do not serve pintxos.

We will depart from San Sebastian's harbor and cruise along La Concha Bay to sail parallel to paseo nuevo to reach Zurriola beach and return towards the Bay but this time behind the island and below mount Igueldo to face west and admire the beautiful sunsets we have in San Sebastian and of course as always if you wish we will find a nice place to swim in open waters in our "private pool". Other things to note: Please be 15 minutes prior to the experience, this dock is extremely busy and loading of passengers has to be very fast as we are not allowed to be longer than 2 minutes.

Pintxos are not only something that you eat, but the culture of eating them is also a way of socialising and a way of life for the locals - so dig in! The idea of this experience is that you absorb the atmosphere and learn the need-to-know about the culture and history of the city, while enjoying your Best.Pintxos.Ever. Once you’re a master of Basque culture, it’s only appropriate that we dive right in and immerse you in the culture of bars, socialising, and pintxos! We’ll take you out of the Old Town to the bars where locals not only enjoy their pintxos, but also relax and meet with friends. We’ll taste some of the most important flavours of Basque cuisine (including some dishes prepared by pintxo competition winners!), as well as local wines. The pintxos we will present to you are the best reflection of modern Basque gastronomy: they preserve the heritage of tastes and flavours of Basque cuisine while the presentation will be like a modern piece of art. You’ll finish this San Sebastian city tour full of knowledge with a taste of delicious pintxos. Other things to note This tour is a culture + food tour. You will not receive a full meal, but will get to sample six snacks (pintoxs) throughout the tour. In addition to learning about Basque gastronomy and digging in to the pintxos, enjoy a walking tour of the city and get to know San Sebastián like a local.

We will meet at La Concha (in La Perla) and we will walk towards the Miramar Palace where the session will take place. A historic enclave with the best views of the bay and the city. Later, we will go to the Peine de los Vientos where the famous sculpture of the Basque sculptor Chillida is where we will finish our photo session. According to the author himself, the meaning of The Wind Comb responds to the idea of ​​connecting man with himself and with the cosmos. Or what is the same: the connection between man and nature and that we will try in this photo session. What I offer is a close experience and some artistic photos that will allow you to have quality photos of your trip, without having to take selfies or ask passers-by for photos. If you travel alone it is the best option and as a couple it will also be a good memory. I will also provide bar and pintxo tips as I have worked as a Basque Food Guide. Explora más allá de San Sebastián. No te conformes con La Parte Vieja, sus pintxos (tapas) y La Concha... ¡ Y deja que te lleve a rincones perdidos de la Costa Vasca que de otro modo no descubrirás! Visita un viñedo familiar, y aprende el proceso de creación del txakoli (vino blanco local), desde la maduración de la uva hasta el embotellado. Camina por el viñedo, bebe los diferentes tipos de vino hasta saciarte, y acompaña los tragos con anchoas frescas de Getaria, ¡todo ello en un entorno de mar y montaña que ofrece unas vistas de quitar el hipo! La experiencia no termina en el viñedo, y es que en el camino, descubrirás acantilados que ofrecen una panorámica de la costa incomparable. También conocerás Zarautz, (pueblo famoso por albergar el Campeonato Mundial de Surf y por ser el pueblo natal de Karlos Argiñano), y visitarás Getaria, bello y antiguo pueblo pesquero que vio nacer a Balenciaga y a Juan Sebastián ElCano, y que ofrece una gastronomía basada en el pescado cocinado en parrilla de carbón vegetal. ¡Exquisito!
