This quiet, clean, comfortable room is in the lower level of our house. We are located in a residential neighborhood that is easily accessed from I-82 and Rt. 240. Centrally located, we are just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, the airport, and major local employers. Hosts are fully vaccinated and prefer guests who are vaccinated as well. We enjoy meeting with our guests over coffee in the morning and/or a cup of tea in the evening.

Check-in is hassle free with your private code. There's a comfortable couch in the living room, a desk for you to use and a smart TV for your entertainment. Then, you get to experience good nights of rest!

House is fairly new and quiet. 5 min from Pasco airport, Columbia Basin College, planetarium, and Amtrak. 10 min-Kenn. 15-Richland. Near a great cafe, open M-F 7-6 pm. Free coffee and $5 pickup or ride to the airport! Near freeway for travelers. Free parking. Motorcycles welcome to park in garage. If you can’t get all the days you want in this room, you can also book my other room “comfy room near airport”, then just switch into that room later. We have a little dog :)
