Very small very beautiful 1 room appartment (14 sqm), brand new, 2 minutes walking from the beach, close to a green park. The appartment is in a new building, in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants דירת סטודיו קטנה ויפה, קרובה מאד לים (2 דק' הליכה), צמוד לפארק פסטורלי...קרובה למרכזי קניות רבים ואיזורי בילוי.

This is a private room in the apartment that my family and I live in. My home is in the centre of the city. There is a mall in the vicinity. Supermarkets, malls, bazaars are within walking distance. Eateries, pizza places are near. The beach is 40 minutes walk away or you can take a bus that's just opposite my building. There is safe parking for guests. There is an outlet mall no more a few minutes away from my place, that includes a pharmacy, supermarket, Post Office, 24 hour clinic etc.
